Problem Note 60257: After killing a gridrun process, you are unable to launch a SAS® Object Spawner session

When you are working in a SAS Object Spawner session and you terminate a gridrun process, the child process might stop responding. The object spawner does not restart, and the following entry occurs in the object spawner log:
The specified uuid 8DC1F836-788B-F84A-BF5E-8D04FD676CE5 did not match any process managed by this spawner.
